Khuddar was a romantic action movie released on March 25, 1994. The movie was directed by Iqbal Durrani and produced by N R Pachisia. The actors in the lead roles were Govinda, Kader Khan, Karisma Kapoor and Rami Reddy while the supporting roles were played by Mahesh Anand, Anjana Mumtaz, Raju Shrivastava and Shakti Kapoor. The music of the film was directed by Anu Malik and the songs were sung by Sonu Nigam, Alisha Chinoy, Kumar Sanu, Alka Yagnik and Anu Malik.

Khuddar was a romantic movie directed by the famous director Iqbal Durrani who has produced several hit movies earlier. The movie starts with Shastri Suri ( Shreeram Lagoo ) who comes from a middle-class yet honest background. He has three children, two sons and a daughter. One of son is a police inspector Siddhant Suri ( Govinda ) and the second son is Nandu ( Rajoo Shrestha ). He has a lovely daughter Bindiya ( Rami Reddy ). Everything was going fine until they find that Nandu has fallen into a bad company and was in heavy debts.

Nandu was required to pay his heavy debts but was unable to pay on his own, thus he decided to rob. He does this crime at the house of belonging to Pooja ( Karisma Kapoor ). When Pooja tries to stop him, he attacks her and in the process, she loses her sight. Pooja gets married to Siddhant and the blind Pooja wasn’t aware that her brother-in-law was the actual criminal. Shastriji’s employee Kanhaiyalal ( Kader Khan ) was greedy and when Shastriji was standing for an election, he was opposed by Adarsh Vardhan ( Shakti Kapoor ).
