The movie Khushboo has been released on June 20, 2008 under the banner of Ntree Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The movie has been directed by Rajesh Ram Singh and produced by Pahlaj Nihalani. The actors of the movie in lead roles are Rishi Rehan, Himani Shivpuri, Avantika, Ninad Kamat, Vivek Marwah, Nassar Abdulla, Cheema, Gargi Patel, Vindu Dara Singh, Viju Khote, Shammi, Gayatri, Prem Chopra, Raj Babbar, Major Bikramjeet, Joe, Dolly Bindra and Jugraaj. The music has been directed by Adnan Sami, Bappi Lahiri and the singers of the movie are Shankar Mahadevan, Shreya Ghosal, Shaan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Mahalakshmi Iyer, Adnan Sami, Udit Narayan and K K</span>.

Bollywood has introduced several newcomers in the year 2008 and even the famous producer Pahlaj Nihalani did the same by introducing two new faces in his movie Khushboo. Raghunathan Iyer ( Rishi Rehan ), the ambitious and successful man works as a project manager in a reputed multinational company. His boss ( Raj Babbar ) is quite impressed with his performance and decides to send him to New York but due to some emergency has to go Chandigarh. Raghu come across Pinky ( Avantika ) who is a simple girl and respects her family more than anything else.

Raghu tries to impress her but in no vain who keeps on flying away from his life. But later she realizes that they both share something common in between them. The modern gal of Chandigarh gets in bed with him in their third meeting and once again disappears from his life. But two months later she returns only to inform him that she is pregnant and he should meet her family. Raghu marries her but keeps this as a secret. Pinky’s father, Subedar Arminder Singh ( Prem Chopra ) was unhappy by her marriage but forgives her. The story goes through several turns but ultimately reaches to a happy ending. The movie is capable of spreading the fragrance of love.
