Bollywood action thriller, Krodh, directed by Shashilal Nair and written by Vikas Anand was released on March 23, 1990. The movie starred Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt and Sonam in lead roles while Amrita Singh, Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Vikram Ghokle, Anang Desai, Bharat Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Pallavi Joshi, Rohini Hattangadi and Yashwant Dutt also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the well known veteran music director duo laxmikant Pyarelal while the songs were rendered by Amit Kumar, Mohammed Aziz, Alka Yagnik etc.

Vijay ( Sanjay Dutt ) and Ajay ( Sunny Deol ) are two brothers, who are in search of the person, who killed their mother. Ajay is the elder one, who decides to take crime as career so that they can locate the killer someday. He also pulls his brother, Vijay along with him in the crime world. Years later, both of the brother are renowned criminals. Ajay is arrested by police and is held in prison. Meanwhile Vijay becomes the underworld don of the city. On the otherhand, Ajay gets changed in the prison and ends up being a police officer.

He now wants to drag out his brother from the crime world but it seems to be impossible now as Vijay is now the underworld king. Vijay is in love with a beautiful girl named Sonu ( Sonam ). Ajay also finds a mate in the form of Matki ( Amrita Singh ). Ajay ask Vijay to leave the crime world but he refuse to do so and blames him for making him a criminal. What Ajay will do now to bring his brother back to him?
