Bollywood action thriller, Krodhi, starring Dharmendra, Shashi Kapoor and Hema Malini in lead roles was released on February 83, 1981. The movie was written and directed by Subhash Ghai. The other starcast of the movei includes Zeenat Aman, Prem Nath, Sachin, Pran, Krishan Dhawan, Jagdish raj, Raj mehra, Sulochana Latkar, Iftekhar, A.K. Hangal and Bharat Bhushan in significant roles. The music of the movie was directed by veteran music director duo Kalyanji-Anandji while the songs were rendered by Kishore Kumar, Suresh Wadkar, Lata mangeshkar, Asha Bhosnle etc. The movie was an average hit vat the box office window.

Vikramjit Singh aka Vicky ( Dharmendra ) is an orphan who never recieved love from any one in his life. He recieves affection from a girl named Aarti ( Moushami Chatterjee ). Vicky becomes educated person and decides to propose Aarti for marriage as they both are love in each other. But before Vikcy could proceed, Aarti is sold by her uncle to some mens who tries to molest her. Aarti kills herself and this makes Vicky very angry to her uncle and thos guys. He hunts down all the people responsible for Aartis death and kills them one by one. Vicky doesn’t stop here and he becomes the underworld don.

His gangmember, Neera ( Zeenat Aman ), becomes a changed personality after meeting CBI Inpsector Kumar Sahni ( Shashi Kapoor ). She get married with him and gives all required information to him about Vicky. Vicky faces an encounter with police and is shot by Kumar. Vicky is assumed to be dead. After few years, Neera meets with a saint named Shradhaanand ( Dharmendra ) in a small town and get shocked to learn that he is none other than Vicky. What will she do now? Why vicky is living like a saint there?
