Bollywood family action drama, Kucche Dhaage, directed by Raj Khosla was released in the year 1973. The movie starred Vinod Khanna and Moushami Chatterjee in lead roles while Nirupa Roy, Bhagwan, Trilok Kapoor, Murad, Kabir Bedi, Jagdish Raj, Tun Tun and Purnima also played significant characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the well known veteran music director duo Laxmikant Pyarelal while the songs were beautifully crooned by Lata Mangeshkar, Kishore Kumar etc.

Thakur Lakhan Singh ( Vinod Khanna ) is a notorious bandit, who is the other name of threat in a village. He kills an old man named Tulsiram as he was responsible for the death of his father. Tulsiram son’s Roopa ( Kabir Bedi ) then leaves his army job and returns to village. He decides to avenge his father’s death by killing Lakhan Singh. Lakhan also learns about Roopa’s intentions and decides to kill him too. Roopa starts preparing to win the fight against Lakhan. On the otherhand, Lakhan is also planning ot kill Roopa.

Meanwhile, Lakhan meets with a beautiful girl named Sona ( Moushami Chatterjee ) and instantly falls in love with each other. Sona manage to change his heart and ask him to leave his profession. Lakhan is madly in love with her and therefore decides to obey her saying. But he get shocked to learn that Roopa is also in love with Sona and wants to get married with her. Now once again Lakhan and Roopa returns back to their old ways and are determined to kill each other.
