Laparwah was an action thriller released in the year of 1981. The movie was directed by Ravikant Nagaich and produced by F R Nadiadwala. The main roles in the movie were played by Mithun Chakraborty, Satyen Kappu, Ranjeeta and Iftekhar while the presence of Jeevan, Shakti Kapoor and Prema Narayan supported the film. The music of the film was directed by Bappi Lahiri while the songs were sung by Kishore Kumar.

Laparwah was an action cum thriller film that had nothing much to offer to the audience. The movie somehow managed to grip the attention of the audience for a long time. He made his debut as a hero with the movie Mrigaya released in 1976. The female lead in the film was played by Ranjeeta who acted in movies like Meri Biwi Ki Shaadi released in 1979, Pati Patni Aur Who released in 1980 and Do Qaidi released in 1989 while her debut film was Laila Majnu released in 1976.
