Bollywood mystery flick, Main Wohi Hoon, directed by A. Shamsher and qwritten by Sphai Effendi was released in the year 1966. The movie starred Feroz Khan and Kumkum in lead roles while I. S. Johar, Madan puri, Roopesh Kumar, munshi Muakka, Murad, Bela Bose and Lata Sinha also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the female music director Usha Khanna while the songs were rendered by Mohammed Rafi, Mahendra Kapoor, Lata Mangeshkar and Usha Khanna herself.

The movie starts with a beautiful girl named Asha Rai ( Kumkum ), who is living a wealthy lifestyle alongwith her father named Dhyanchand ( Murad ). There are three guys in her life, who are determined to get place in her heart. The first one is Vijay ( Feroz Khan ), who is an engineer by profession, the second one is Jagdish ( Madan Puri ), who is a succcessful businessman and the last one is Rajan ( Roopesh Kumar ), who also belongs to a wealthy family. Asha finally choose her life partner in the form of Vijay and they decides to get married soon.

However, Asha’s father is not happy with her decision and wants her to select among the two other guys. But Asha remains on her decision and finally Dhyanchand invites Vijay to his house. But problem arises when Dhyanchand’s dead body is found in the house and Vijay standing near to it. Police arrests Vijay in the charge of Dhyanchand’s murder. But Asha still believes that Vijay is innocent and it must be the assassination of Jagdish or Rajan. Who is the real killer?
