Morning Walk is a social film that is going to release on July 10, 2009 under the banner of INOX Motion Pictures. The production of the movie is completed and is directed by Arup Dutta while it is directed by Tapan Biswas. The main roles in the movie are being played by Anupam Kher, Rajit Kapoor, Sharmila Tagore and Divya Dutta while the presence of Shayan Munshi, Nargis and Avika Gor supports the film. The music of the film is directed by Jeet Gannguii while the songs are sung by Ustad Rashid Khan, Shreya Ghosal, Joi Barua, Dibyendu Mukherji, Shaan and Nargis.

Morning Walk is a social family film that has many important characters in it. The first character is of Jaymohan ( Anupam Kher ) who is a professor living in Kolkata. He is an emotional man who loved everyone and also surprises his most loving son Indra when he decides to start living with him in Mumbai. Neelima ( Sharmila Tagore ) is a simple woman who lived in Mumbai with her daughter. She is a yoga instructor and is now preparing her daughter to send her to US for further studies.

Indra ( Rajit Kapoor ) is the most loving and caring son that a father can wish to have. He also loved his father a lot but now is caught between the choice of his wife Rita and father Joymohan. Rita ( Divya Dutta ) signifies the woman of today. She is the modern woman who knows how to handle her life. She wanted her father-in-law to sell his Kolkata house so that she can buy a new house in Mumbai. Ajay ( Shayan Munshi ) is a struggling singer who love Anjali ( Nargis ) a lot and would do anything for her.
