Mr Ya Miss was a comedy movie released on December 2, 2005 under the banners of Horseshoe Pictures Pvt. Ltd, Factory and Sahara One. The movie was directed by Antra Mali and Satchit Puranik and produced by Ram Gopal Varma and Sunil Chainani. The lead roles in the film were played by Antra Mali, Ritesh Deshmukh, Aftab Shivdasani and Divya Dutta while the roles of Bharat Dabholkar and Varsha Usgaonkar were also important. Music of the film was directed by Nitin Raikwar and Ronkini Gupta whereas the songs were sung by Shibani Kashyap, Mona Sarkar, Vinod Rathod and Sonu Nigam.

The movie Mr Ya Miss is based on the social theme that no sex in particular is better than the other and if you feel that being a girl is better than being a boy and has less overhead then think twice. This movie is especially for these kinds of people. It is a story about Sanjay Saxena ( Aftab Shivdasani ) who is a smart and dashing guy in his 20s, working for an advertising agency as an executive. He felt that he could get anything what he wanted but what he wanted all of the time was girls. He was also warned by his best friend Shekhar ( Riteish Deshmukh ) most of the times but he didn’t care about him.

Sanjay was always busy with the girls and one can see him two timing or even three timing. He was once found red handed by one of his girl friends and she hit him on his head. If he would have been dead it would have been better for him but God decided to send him back on the earth only on one condition that he will be needed to live as a female. Now it was her turn to undergo the situations that he used to create for the girls in the office. Shekhar unknowingly fell in love with her and even shared the bed one night.
