Mujhse Dosti Karoge was a romantic movie released on August 9, 2002 under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The movie was directed by Kunal Kohli and produced by Yash Chopra. The key roles in the movie were played by Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan and Smita Jaykar while the roles of Himani Shivpuri and Satish Shah were equally important. Music of the film was directed by Rahul Sharma and the songs were sung by Sonu Nigam, Alisha Chinoy, Pamela Chopra, Alka Yagnik and Asha Bhosle.

The movie Mujhse Dosti Karoge has been directed by Kunal Kohli who has also written the story, screenplay and dialogues for this film. The story of the movie is about three close and best friends Raj ( Hrithik Roshan ), Pooja ( Rani Mukherji ) and Tina ( Kareena Kapoor ). While Raj and Pooja are best friends for over fifteen years now sharing their laughs and sorrows, Raj is in love with Tina since his childhood days. But there was no reaction from her side and she went to study abroad when they were kids.

Raj finds comfort in Pooja’s company but is in contact with Tina as well through the e-mails she sends to Raj regularly. But the truth was something else and Raj was unaware of that. Those e-mails were sent by Pooja who loves him from deep inside and can’t see him sad over Tina’s stiff nature. Raj always had the impression that the mails were sent by Tina. But one day when Tina returns back she was moved by Raj’s caring nature and modest nature and started liking him.
