Bollywood romantic action thriller, Nishaan, directed by Surendra Mohan was released on January 6, 1983. The movie starred Rajesh Khanna, Jeetendra and Rekha in lead roles while Poonam Dhillon, Roopesh Kumar, Vijay Arora, Amrish Puri, Jeevan and Geeta Siddharth also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the very famous music director Rajesh Roshan while the songs were rendered by Kishore Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar etc.

The movie starts with two brother ( played by Rajesh Khanna and Jeetendra ), who get separated in thier childhood after two criminals kills their parents. Years later, both of them are now grown up guys and are living a lonely life. They both meets with each other on several incident but fails to reveal about their relationship. They both befriends each other. Rajesh is in love with a girl ( Rekha ) while Jeetendra is in love with ( Poonam Dhillon ).

But circumstances forces the two to become enemies of each other. But soon they revelas about their real relationship and once again get together. But now they have the motive of locating and killing their parent’s murderers ( played by Amrish Puri and Jeevan ). How they locate them and take revenge of their parents’s death is the rest of the story.
