Panga Naa Lo was a social movie released on April 20, 2007 under the banner of Vidisha Productions Pvt. Ltd. The movie was directed by Rajan Kothari and produced by Sunit Jawadekar and Shailesh Jawadekar. The actors in the main roles were Om Puri, Viju Khote, Satish Shah and Supriya Pathak whereas roles of Kunal Roy Kapoor, Priyanka Yadav and Razzak Khan were also significant. The music of the film was directed by Rahul Ranade and the songs were sung by Nitin Raikwar, Shilpa Rao, Shaan and Vaishali Samant.

Panga Naa Lo is a social movie and highlights the love between two adjacent living neighbours. The families of Kartar Singh also known as Kakkee ( Om Puri ) and Karsanbhai Shah also known as Karsan ( Satish Shah ) lived next to each other for over 25 years now. Karsan and Kakkee are two great friends since their college days and they mostly meet for drinks and snacks at a pub where they used to visit during their college days. Visiting the pub over the years have even made the pub owner Gonsalves ( Viju Khote ) their friend. The three have become greatest friends.

The young kids Vera ( Priyanka Yadav ) and Bhura ( Kunal Roy Kapoor ) are in their teen ages and are also the good friends. Gradually even their friendship has turned into love and their parents Karsan and Kakkee were happy with the fact but were worried with the only fact that neither of them was making their move. The concerned parents decided to make a plan to bring the loved ones together. But destiny always made the plans to go wrong making the loved ones wait a little more to unite.
