The comedy movie Paying Guests is currently under production and will be releasing on June 19, 2009 under the banner of Mukta Arts Ltd. The movie is being directed by Paritossh Painter and produced by Subhash Ghai and Raju Farooqui. The top roles in the movie are played by Shreyas Talpade, Ashish Chowdhry, Javed Jaffrey and Celina Jaitly while the supporting roles are played by Chunky Pandey, Riya Sen, Sayali Bhagat, Neha Dhupia and Vatsal Sheth. The music of the film is given by Sajid and Wajid while the songs are sung by Shaan, Earl D’Souza, Wajid, Sonu Nigam, Amrita Kak and Sunidhi Chauhan.

The movie Paying Guests is a comedy flick that was earlier titled as Char Yaar but Paying Guests was decided as the better title. The story of the movie revolves mostly around a group of four young, fun loving boys ( Shreyas Talpade, Jaaved Jaffrey, Ashish Chowdhary and Vatsal Sheth ). The movie starts when the four boys start searching for their house and come across some strange and comical obstacles.

The boys were homeless and wanted the house at any cost. Thus they decides to trick their crazier landlord named Ballu ( Johnny Lever ) who only wanted couples in his room. They pleads him to keep them as his Paying Guests but in order to have kept they were required to get a girl with each of them. Now begin the funny chain of events when they start searching girl along with the house.
