Bollywood women oriented movie, Phool Bane Angaaray, directed by K. C. Bokadia and written by Anwar Khan was released in the year 1991. The movie starred Rekha and Rajjnkant in lead roles while Prem Chopra, Charan Raj Prasad, Dalip Tahil, Shafi Inamdar, Aprajita, Alok Nath, Parikshat Sahni, Bindu, Beena Banerjee and Senthil also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the film was given by the well known music director Bappi Lahiri while the songs were rendered by Amit Kumar Ganguly, Shabbir Kumar etc. The movie was proved out to be a big hit at the box office.

Bishambher Prasad ( Prem Chopra ) is a corrupt and influential person who is fighting election against an honest minister Dutta Babu ( Parikshat Sahni ). When Bishambher sees that he has no chance of winning against Dutta Babu he plans to kill him. He also managed to kill him in public but leaves an evidence of Dutta’s death which is collected by an honest Police Inspector Ranjeet singh ( Rajnikant ). Ranjeet decides to take immediate action against Bishambher but his superior, DSP Ravi Khanna ( Dalip Tahil ) stops him from taking any type of action against Bishambher.

Ranjeet feels insulted and helpless despite being a police inspector after this. Ranjeet meets with a beautiful women named Namrata Singh ( Rekha ) and falls in love with her. Soon they both get married to each other. Ranjeet keeps on collecting more evidence against Bishambher and becomes a big problem for him. Bishambher’s son, Charan Raj ( Charan Raj Prasad ) molests Namrata in front of Ranjeet and then kills him. Namrata then pledges to avenge his death. But the question is how will she do this?
