He wanted to spend his free time in a hilly place and enjoy his holidays. Thus he plans a trip along with his friends to a hilly resort for some rest and recreation. He was going there by bus and on the journey he comes across with a spoiled and wealthy girl named Sapna Rai ( Komal Mahuakar ).

Their first meeting was not that good as both of them were involved in some fight and misunderstandings but gradually with the passage of time both started liking each other and fell in love with each other. Both promises to meet and marry later. Vishal was a poor guy living with his mother. He was presently studying in a college and soon finds a job. He gets in touch with Sapna, and she invites him to her birthday party. When he goes there he was shocked to see that she was his boss’s daughter.
