Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya was a romantic movie released on March 27, 1998 under the banner of G S Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The movie was directed by Sohail Khan and produced by Bunty Walia. The important roles in the movie were played by Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, Kajol and Dharmendra while Anjala Zaveri and Kiran Kumar were also there in the film. Music of the film was directed by Himesh Reshammiya and the songs were sung by Anuradha Paudwal, Kumar Sanu, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Deshpande, Kamal Khan and Alka Yagnik.

Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya was a complete product from the inexperienced production unit, something that was least expected. The movie featured big names in the movie and also lived up to the expectation. The movie is a romantic movie and provides the audience with just complete entertainment. The story of the movie revolves around some college going boys and girls. Muskaan ( Kajol ) is an orphan girl living on a farm with her brother Vishal ( Arbaaz Khan ) and Chachu Thakur Ajay Singh ( Dharmendra ).

Muskaan mostly lived in fear of her overly protective brother who loves her from the bottom oh his heart. Muskaan’s childhood friend Ujaala ( Anjala Zhaveri ) loves her brother Vishal from her childhood but he was not ready to accept her love. Muskaan wanted to study in a good college of a good university but for that she needed to convince Vishal. When in the college of a big city, she falls in love with Suraj ( Salman Khan ) through a series of entertaining events.
