Rok Sako To Rok Lo was a romantic movie released on December 10, 2004 under the banner of Planman Motion Pictures. The movie was directed and produced by Arindam Chaudhuri. The top roles were played by Sunny Deol, Deepti Bhatnagar, Namrata Shirodkar and Archana Puran Singh while the roles of Yash Pandit and Manjari Fadnis were equally significant. The music of the film was directed by Jatin-Lalit and the songs were sung by Shaan, Babul Supriyo, Ishaan, Shreya Ghosal and Sunidhi Chauhan.

The movie was directed by Management Guru, Economist and Dean of IIPM Arindam Chaudhari who has also authored few popular books. Kabir ( Sunny Deol ) with broad shoulders, tattoed arm and a Harley Davidson bike, is a proper stud and a macho man that everyone in the movie wants to be. Dev ( Yash Pandit ), the leader of his gang of Bharati School is a person who never give up. Suhana ( Manjari Phadnis ) is a sweet and young girl in their group and is the best friend of Dev.

The movie is the story of six final year students Dev, Suhana, Ganguly, Bhajji, Venky and Rati of Bharati School. Most of them are carefree and enjoys playing pranks over others. Dev, the leader of the group, has no match against Ranveer ( Carran Kapur ), the undisputed champion from Valley High School. Suddenly Kabir enters their life and the guys refer him as Phantom. Kabir was a loner and thus found happiness in their gang. He inspires Dev to stand up and face the challenge thrown at him. Dev discovers his true and only love.
