Saajan Ki Bahoon Mein was romantic cum family drama released on July 28, 1995. The movie was directed by Jay Prakash and was produced by Dinesh B Patil. The top roles in the movie were played by Rishi Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Tabu and Sumeet Sehgal. Other roles were played by Saeed Jaffery, Prem Chopra, Aditya Pancholi and Deven Verma. The songs in the movie were sung by Kumar Sanu, Sadhana Sargam and Asha Bhosle while the music was directed by Nadeem Saifee and Shravan Kumar.

In the movie Sagar ( Rishi Kapoor ) plays the role of a popular singer. He meets Sapna ( Raveena Tandon ) and his heart start pounding for her. Anjali ( Navneet Nishan ) who also likes Sagar comes in his life and turns it in hell with alcohol and makes him an addict. Sapna didn’t like his drinking habits and his friendship with Anjali. Thus they separate and he becomes a total drunkard. Sagar’s career too starts swaying.

Sagar then meets Kavita ( Tabu ), a simple girl who helps him to get rid of alcohol and lead a healthy life. Sagar starts liking Kavita and tries towards a new beginning but Rakesh ( Sumeet Saigal ) comes in between. Sagar again thrashed by fate tries to overcome his pain. Here the twist arises when Sagar meets Sapna again. Thus new emotions develop. The story just revolves around him meeting girls and finding his true love.
