Bollywood actor, Sanjay Kapoor, was born on 17 October 1965. He is the brother of famous bollywood actor Anil Kapoor and film producer Boney Kapoor. He is married to Maheep Sandhu. He started off his career in bollywood industry with a romantic thriller titled Prem in which he was co starred with beautiful Tabu. The movie recieved average response of audiences. He was then seen in another romantic film titled Raja opposite Madhuri Dixit. The movie went on to become a big hit and also became the first hit film of Sanjay.

After that he was seen in two back to back flop films titled Beqabu and Mohabbat. He gave another hit movie in the form of Auzaar. He worked opposite Salman Khan and Shilpa Shetty in the film. His next movie, Zameer, did average business at the box office. He was well noticed by the people in the item number picturised on him and Sushmita Sen in movie titled Sirf Tum. His next film Chuppa Rustam in which she worked opposite Manisha Koirala and Mamta Kulkarni also failed at the box office.

He then made his presence felt in the negative role in Aftab Shivdasani and Esha Deol starrer Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche. He then turned towards doing supporting roles in the films like Soch, Shakti etc. He once again showed his negative instincts in action thriller Qayamat : City Under Threat. He was also seen in a brief appearance in Shahrukh Khan starrer Kal Ho Naa Ho. The last film he did was 2006 released Unns.
