The movie Sirf was released on April 25, 2008 under the banner of Seven Eagle Productions and was directed by Rajaatsh Nayar. The social drama was produced by Sanjay Kotadia, Ghanshyam Patel and Kanu Patel. The actors of the film in lead roles are Kay Kay Menon, Ranvir Shorey, Manisha Koirala and Sonali Kulkarni while supporting roles were played by Parvin Dabbas, Nauheed Cyrusi, Ankur Khanna and Rituparna Sengupta. The music of the film has been directed by Sohail Sen and Shibani Kashyap and the songs of the movie were sung by Kunal Ganjawala, Shibani Kashyap, Shaan, Shreya Ghosal and K K.

The story of the movie is about love in lives of married couples. The movie depicts the changes that occur after the marriage by taking an insight at the relationships of the couples. The love between them gradually starts fading and everyone is left with his own troubles. The story of the film rests upon four couples played by Kay Kay Menon-Manisha Koirala, Sonali Kulkarni-Ranvir Shorey, Parvin Dabas-Rituparna Sengupta and Ankur Khanna-Nauheed Cyrusi. The couples have their own different problems. Gaurav ( Kay Kay Menon ) and Devika ( Manisha Koirala ) being financially strong misses out on love.

Rahul ( Ankur Khanna ) and Shalu ( Nauheed Cyrusi ) are in love but don’t have enough money for their needs. While Amit ( Parvin Dabbas ) and Suchita ( Rituparna Sengupta ) are in search for trust that they lacks, the couple of Akash ( Ranvir Shorey ) and Namita ( Sonali Kulkarni ) lacks time for each other. The movie takes look at the lives of these couples and each of them crosses other’s path in some way. Gaurav can’t find a way to balance his love life as he is much busy with his business. He often forgets his wife waiting for him at the office and does not remember the important dates either. The life of each of them crosses in such a way that they start doubting each other’s trueness.
