Mithun Chakraborthy and Ranjeeta starrer action flick Suraksha was released in the year 1979. The movie was directed by Ravikant Nagaich. The other starcast of the film includes Suresh Oberoi, Iftekhar, Jeevan and Aruna Irani in important and significant roles. The melodious hit music of the movie was directed by the well known music director Bappi Lahiri while the songs were beautifull rendered by Kishore Kumar, Manna Dey, Bappi Lahiri etc.

The movie starts with agent Gunmaster G-9 ( Mithun Chakraborthy ), who is hunk and always being swamped by beautiful girls wherever he goes. He is enquired by his superior that a new underworld organization is planning to do something big against the country. G-9’s assistant, Jackson is also abducted by some goons and some another guy takes his place. However, intelligent G-9 immediately reveals the truth. G-9’s investigation takes him to a deadly organization called Shiv Shakti Organization.

In the process of revealing the actual plabn of Shiv Shati Organization against the coutry, G-9 comes across a beautiufl girl named Ranjeeta ( Ranjeeta ) and falls in love with her. G-9 somehow manage to learn about the master mind of the organization but before he could do anything, he is abducted by the goons of the organization. Now how will he manage to escape from there?
