The most inspiring movie Taare Zameen Par was released on December 21, 2007 under the banners of Aamir Khan Productions and PVR Cinema. The movie has been directed and produced by Aamir Khan. The actors in the lead roles are Aamir Khan, Tanay Chheda, Darsheel Safary, Tisca Chopra, Sachet Engineer and Vipin Sharma while there were others also in the supporting roles like Ravi Khanwilkar, Bugs Bhargava and Shankar Sachdev. The music of the film has been directed by the Jodi of Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy. The singers of the movie are Shankar Mahadevan, Bugs Bhargava, Shaan, Aamir Khan, Vishal Dadlani, Adnan Sami and Loy Mendonca.

The film is a directorial debut of our very own Aamir Khan. Taare Zameen Par is a film that shifts our attention to the kids and it just not only highlight the facts but also enlightens us on how we can make our kids recover from certain difficult situations. The movie portrays the fact that evey child possess some or other talent that the parents need to nourish and not just push them to study only. The story is about a boy Ishaan Nandkishore Awasthi ( Darsheel Safary ) who is just like other boys of his age. He loves to play with his dog, fishes and also loves painting but can not focus on his studies.

When the troubles caused by Ishaan goes unbearable for his father Nandkishore Awasthi ( Vipin Sharma ), he decides to send him to boarding school in hopes that the school will make his ward disciplined and responsible. At this point of time Ishaan needed love more than anything else and this feeling was making him sink until one day when Ram Shankar Nikumbh ( Aamir Khan ), arts teacher stepped in. Nikumbh made students to dream and do what they wished to, bringing joy and the most needed love in Ishaan’s life.
