The movie Thodi Life Thoda Magic was released on June 27, 2008 under the banner of Fizz Entertainment and Risaa Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The movie was directed by Anand L Rai and the actors of the movie in major roles are Jackie Shroff, Arbaaz Khan, Sahil Chadha, Meera Vasudevan, Parmeet Sethi, and Anita Raaj. The songs are sung by Sonu Nigam, Suhas, Saahil, Shreya Ghosal, Vinay, Kailash Kher, Shaan, Vijay and Swati. The music director of the movie is Vinay Tiwari. The film belongs to the Social genre.

The movie is a debut for Sahil Chadha as a producer. Though the name of the movie is similar to Kunal Kohli’s “Thoda Pyar Thoda Magic” but Sahil asserts that the title of his movie was registered even before Kunal thought to make his movie. The film is based on the theme of love bonding between the humans and the brutality provided by the city life and what the people do escape from the situation. The metro city life routine makes people forget even the small things in their life. Thodi Life Thoda Magic is a movie that is trying to make a point.

The writer of the TV show Naina ( Meera Vasudevan ) along with her producer of the show Siddharth ( Saahil Chadha ) wanted to find a new face for their show. So after few trials they meet MK ( Jackie Shroff ), a road side inhabitant who have some magic element about his personality. This man is capable of changing anyone’s life he meets and soon becomes the host of the reality talk show where he sorts people’s problems. But when he comes across the scam going on in the industry, he decides to leave it, but the company owner Aditya ( Parmeet Sethi ) and the channel owner Roshan ( Arbaaz Khan ) can do anything for making their show success.

MK also changes the lives of these people Aditya, Roshan and Ashima ( Anita Raj ). MK’s morals and magical instinct helps people to rediscover the love behind the human relationships and the importance of emotions in their lives.
