Bollywood suspense action thriller, Three- Love, Lies and Betrayal, directed by Vishal Pandya was released on September 4, 2009. The movie was produced by Manmohan Singh under the banner of ASA Productions and Mirah Entertainment. The movie starred Aashish Chaudhary and Nausheen Ali Sardar in lead roles while Akshay Kapoor and Anchit Kaur also played important characters in the film. The melodious music of the movie was directed by the new music director named Chirantan Bhatt while the songs were rendered by Jaspreet Singh, Nandini Srikar, Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan etc.

The movie is a story about three individuals. Beautifully and sexy Anjini Dutt ( Nashueen Ali Sardar ) is living alongwith her husband, Rajeev Dutt ( Akshay Kapoor ) in their house at Purple Lake. Anjini works as a voilin teacher and is actually running the house with the money she erans from her teaching job. Rajeev also lives on her earning as he is not able to earn enough money for their living. Rajeev and Anjini are not happy with each other but never thinks about divorce.

One day Rajeev ask Anjini to sell their house so that he can invest the money in his business. Anjini refuse to it but agrees on giving a portion of their house on rent. A guy named Sanjay ( Aashish Chaudhary ) enters in their house as a tenant. Anjini get attracted towards Sanjay and eventually falls in love with him. Sanjay too fall in love with her. They get into a physical relationship with each other. What will happen when Rajeev will learn about this?
