Songs of Trishagni

The movie Trishagni was a social and offbeat film released in the year of 1989. The movie was directed as well as produced by Nabendu Ghosh. The lead roles in the film were played by Nana Patekar, Pallavi Joshi and Alok Nath while the presence of Nitish Bharadwaj supported the film. The music of the film was directed by Bappi Lahiri while the songs were sung by Kishore Kumar, Asha Bhosle.

The movie Trishagni was a different film and falls in the genre of social as well as an offbeat film. Surely the movie lies against the films that are full of action sequences and songs at each and every interval. The movie had only one song and that too without any accompanying dance. If you want a serious change of pace then you should surely see this philosophical motion picture. The backdrop of the movie is Buddhism so even if you don’t know much about it, you will get to know much soon.

The movie also deals with the emotion of love and romance though in a rough manner. The movie raises a fact that we are given certain rules in life and we need to follow them to lead it in a well manner. The movie revolves around two characters named Nirvan and Ethi who are two monks who give lessons and at the same time are learning themselves each day. The movie is shot in the desert area for most of the part and it does well enough to grip the audience.

The songs of the movie are:
1.    Tu hai trishagni
