Jackie Shroff and Riya Sen starrer romantic drama flick, Tum… Ho Na!, was released in the year 2005. The movie was directed by N. S. Raj Bharat. The other starcast of the movie includes Nethra Raghuraman, Preeti Ganguli and Sumit Nijhawan also played important characters in the film. The hit melodious music of the movie was composed by the music director duo Jaideep Chaudhary and Sudeep Chaudhary while the songs were beautifully crooned by Udit Narayan, Sunidhi Chauhan etc.

Young and beautiful, Anjali Walia ( Nethra Raghuraman ) is living a wealthy lifestyle. She goes on a trip alongwith her two female friends in car. But they are stranded with a punchure tyre. None of them are capable of changing the tyre and therefore needs help of soemone. They come across a guy named Jai Walia ( Jackie Shroff ), who offers to help them. Jai is a retired Major of Indian Army and is currently working as a business executive. Jai and Anjali get attracted towards each other and soon they both falls in love with each other. They then decides to get married. Soon they both get married to each other and starts living a happy married life together.

Anjali gets suspicious over Jai when she receives a phone call from an unknown lady, who tells her that Jai is having an extramrital affair with a women. Anjali confronts Jai about this but he refuse to have any such relationship. Anjali tries to follow Jai and get shocked to see his secretary Mahek rubbing his back in office.
