Bollywood forthecoming action packed thriller movie Wanted: Dead Or Alive is going to release on August 7, 2009 under the banner of Boney Kapoor Productions. The movie is being directed by famous south star Prabhudeva and produced by Boney Kapoor. The major roles in the movie are being played by Salman Khan and Ayesha Takia Azmi while the supporting roles are being played by Om Puri, Sayaji Shinde, Vinod Khanna, Prakash Raj, Mahesh Manjrekar and Aseem Merchant. The music of the film is being directed by Sajid Wajid while the songs are crooned by Shaan, Shreya Ghosal, Kamaal Khan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Amrita Kak etc. The movie has been delayed since year 2008. The movie is a remake of Telugu blockbuster movie, Pokhiri.

Aftera bad attempt with his last action flick, Garv: Pride and Honour, Salman is once again in the role of police inspector. The story is about a guy named Shashank ( Salman Khan ), who is an undercover cop. Though he works for a mafia don but his real intentions are to eliminate the don alongwith his goons. His idea of working is to eliminate the gangster by being a part of them. He is in love with a beautiful girl named Jhanvi ( Ayesha Takia ) and is planning to get married with her after completing his task of eliminating underworld don, Alibhai ( Prakash Raj ).

Salman has worked a lot on his physique to look good while performing daredevil stunts in the movie. Intially, director Prabhu Deva asked Salman to use a body double for performing such dangerous stunts but Sallu Bhai as known refuse to use any body double. Ayesha is working for the first time opposite Salman Khan and is looking forward to see this movie a big hit among public.
