Waqt Ki Pukar was a family drama released in the year of 1985. The movie was directed by Desh Gautam and produced by S P Mahendra. The top roles in the movie were played by Vijendra¸ Raj Kiran, Yogita Bali and Ranjeet while the supporting roles were played by Shoma Anand, Paintal, Yunus Parvez, Sarika, Madan Puri and Sharat Saxena. The music of the film was directed by Bappi Lahiri while the songs were sung by Annette Pinto.

Waqt Ki Pukar was a family movie as can be guessed from its title. The movie was a usual flick that managed to hold the attention of the audience for a long time. The story of the movie revolved mostly around a man named Ajay ( Raj Kiran ) who is a simple man belonging to the middle class family. He didn’t have any material comforts as he was jobless but was required to find a job soon to make things work for him.

The mavie takes a turn and so does his life when he finds a job but with a dreaded gangster named Ganpat Rai who wanted to use him for his own bad purposes. He had no option but to agree to work for him. Ajay’s first task was to fight against another gangster Raja and both started fighting each other not knowing that they are two brothers who were separated long time back when they were kids. Ganpat Rai wanted to kill Raja but through his brother’s hands.
