Bollywood action thriller, Yadon Ki Kasam, directed by Vinod Dewan and written by Vinay Shukla was released on May 17, 1985. The movie starred Mithun Chakraborthy and Zeenat Aman in lead roles while Shakti Kapoor, Yunus Parvez, Asrani, Madan Puri, Viju Khote and Ashalata Wabgaonbkar also played importanat characters in the film. Thehit music of the movie was directed by the veteran well knwon music director duo Laxmikant-Pyarelal while the songs were rendered by Shabbir Kumar, Suresh Wadkar, Lata Mangeshkar etc.

The movie starts with a guy named Ravi Kapoor ( Mithun Chakraborthy ), who meets with a girl named Chandni ( Zeenat Aman ). He instantly falls in love with her. Despite the fact that she is mute, he gets attracted towards her. He saves her life from a leopard as a result of which she also gets atrracted towards him. They both get intimate with each other. But destiny strikes and they both get seperated. Ravi believes that Chandni is dead now. But he get shocked to see Chandni’s look alike, Geeta Khanna ( Zeenat Aman ) in the city.

Ravi and Geeta gets attracted towards each other and soon get married. Years later, a child arrives in their home claiming that Geeta is his mother. Ravi and Geeta adopts the child. Geeta then come across an average looking mute women and decides to bring her home as the nanny of her child. But she get shocked when the women claims that the child actually belongs to her. She gets even more shocked when she reveals that her husband is also attracted towards the women. Who is this mysterious ‘mute’ women?
