Bollywood romantic action thriller, Yeh Dil, starring Tusshar Kapoor and Anita Hassandani was released on April 4, 2003. The other starcast of the film includes Supriya Karnik, Akhilendra Mishra, Mushtaq Khan, Murali, Madhu, Jennifer, Divya Dwedi, Chetana Das, Pratima Kazmi, Saurabh Shukla, Yogi, Sharat Saxena and Anupa Shyam in important roles. The music of the movie was directed by the famous msuic director duo Nadeem-Shravan while the songs were rendered by Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Abhijeet, Kavita Krishnamurthy and Tauseef Akhtar.

The movie starts with a college going guy named Ravi ( Tusshar Kapoor ), who is good at every other work except studies. Ravi is an allrounder in all sports, he sings well, he dance well, he is fine in everything. His classmate, Vasundhara aka Vasu ( Anita Hassandani ), tries to help him in studies. Ravi brings her home so that they can study well but his father insults Vasu. But Ravi does not loose touch with Vasu and soon they both learns that they are in love with each other. They express there love to each other and decides to get married right after completing their college.

But Ravi’s father, Raghuraj Pratap Singh ( Akhilendra Mishra ) is not happy with this relationship and so as Vasu’s father, Mitua Yadav ( Vineeth ). They tries to seperate the two lovebirds but fails and then Raghuraj’s firnd, Police Commissioner ( Sharat Saxena ) proposed a solution to theri problem. He convince the two lovebirds that they have to leave seperate till their college complete and if after completing the college their love will remain same for the two then they will be allowed to get married. Ravi and Vasu agrres to this but their parents has some some other plans for the two.
