The musical romantic movie Zindaggi Rocks was released on October 6, 2006 under the banner of B.A.G Films Ltd. The movie had been directed by Tanuja Chandra and produced by Anuradha Prasad. Actors who played the lead roles in the film were Sushmita Sen, Moushmi Chatterjee, Shiney Ahuja and Kim Sharma while the roles of Ravi Gosain and Baby Julian were also important. The music of the film had been directed by Anu Malik and the songs were sung by Javed Ali, Sunidhi Chauhan, Tulsi Kumar and Zubeen Garg.

The movie had been directed by the famous director Tanuja Chandra yet there were many drawbacks related to the film. The movie was also thought to be titled as Rockin’ earlier. The theme on which the movie is based upon is not new in Bollywood and the story from start to the end is not fascinating enough. The story of the movie is mostly a love story between Dr. Suraj Rihan ( Shiney Ahuja ) and Kria ( Sushmita Sen ). While Suraj is a shy person who is always indulged in his work, Kria is a good woman and a good singer.

Suraj and Kria are two different people with quite different nature and come from equally different families that decide to join together for the happiness of Suraj and Kria. Suraj met Kria in the hospital when she came for the treatment of a wound in her arm. She senses that the doctor was missing something from his life and thus decides to take him out on a date. Suraj also agreed hesitatingly. They start liking each other but the problem was that Dhruv ( Julian ), Kria’s adopted son has a hole in his heart and needs a heart transplant before anything else.
