Shahrukh Khan has expressed his desire to throw a party to welcome his friend Gerard Butler in the city of Mumbai. He will playing host to the 300 start for a night at his house Mannat Bandra Bandstand, Mumbai. The party will honor the star from Hollywood. Gerard rose to fame with 300 in which he leads 300 of the best soldiers from Spartan to fight for the honor of their land. He also made news for his physique, which looked to be chisel out of stone.

Gerard recently dropped by on the sets of a movie in which Priyanka Chopra played the lead. The two are known to be very good friends. Priyanka and Shahrukh met Gerard last year in Dubai when all of them were there at the opening ceremony of the Atlantis, the palm. The three of them chatted over there for some time and became friends. It was there that SRK had expressed his desire to throw a party for him whenever he visited Mumbai.

Apart from the meeting at the opening of Atlantis, the two of them were also seen chatting away at party thrown after the Oscars. Gerard will be a having a busy few days ahead. First, he will be attending the Priyanka Chopra birthday bash on 30 April and then the party at SRK’s residence the next day. The party will be a very close affair with only a few friends attending it.

This will not be the first time though that SRK will be throwing a party for the Bollywood biggies. After the opening of the Atlantis last year, he threw a bash for biggies like Robert De Niro and Kylie Minogue. Hrithik Roshan and Farhan Akhtar were also present at the bash.
