There are moments when you try to stop those tears from coming out of your eye but sometimes you just cannot control the emotions and they make their way through the eye. Something similar happened with Priyanka Chopra when she appeared on the show Tere Mere Beach Mein hosted by Farah Khan. Accompanying her on the show was Vijender Singh the man who won the Olympic medal in boxing at the last Olympics.

The common thing between both the guests was their upbringing in their small town background and then the success they had after they followed their dreams and went after it. Of late, there have been numerous cases of people from small towns achieving stardom be it in the field of acting or be it sports. Priyanka and Vijender are just two examples of people who had it in them to fulfill their dreams.

Priyanka revealed how her mother would not let her out in western outfits. She was only allowed to wear Salwar Kameez and after you think of the same girl in the movie Dostana, it is impossible to believe that what she is saying is indeed true. She was seen crying on the show on more than one occasion. She was also astonished when she saw a video from the life of Vijender and his humble upbringing.

There might have stark difference in the personalities of the two guests but the thing they had in common was their unflinching confidence. The show has revived very good reviews for the different way in which they have hosted the chat show. The show will be aired on STAR Plus on Saturday nights.
