Too much plastic in the industry: Vivek

Vivek Oberoi has moved on with life. After making a breathtaking debut and a successful run at the box office by giving hit movies like Company and Saathiya his career hit a roadblock getting involved in an incident with Salman Khan. After that, it was a succession of flops and then time away from industry. He kept making his presence felt by giving exceptional performances in between like in the movie Shootout At Lokhandwala but never managed to make it to the big league and make a permanent place for himself.

Even after so many years, he still has not settled down into a comfort zone. He poured out whatever he had in his heart when he appeared on the show Tere Mere Beech Mein and spoke his heart out with Farah. He said at that time when he was in a relationship Aishwarya Rai there were too many people advising him on what to do when Salman threatened him.

With his dad out of town and no proper guidance, he called up the entire media and spoke how Salman had made a threat to him that he should end his affair with Aish. Salman had just broken up with her some time back. Vivek revealed that time her mother used to get so worried that she would think that Vivek might turn to drugs or alcohol.

No one deserved such treatment were her exact words. One thing that Vivek is certain was that there is too much plastic in the industry and all those smiles were fake. He remarked that the plastic was even greater than what you will find in a Tupperware factory.
