Kareena Kapoor aka Bebo was born on September 21, 1980 in the renowned Kapoor film family of Punjabi origin. She is the youngest daughter of Randhir Kapoor and Babita. Her elder sister, Karishma Kapoor is also a former bollywood actress who is planning to make a comeback in bollywood very soon. Kareena did her education from Mithibai College.

Kareena made her acting debut with Abhishek Bachchan in J. P. Dutta’s Refugee. Though the film was proved out to be a big flop at box offfce but still she won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Award for her brilliant perfromance in that film. She had her first successful film in the form of Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai in which she was starred opposite another starson Tusshar Kapoor.

Then she was seen in Karan Johar’s multistarrer movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham opposite Hrithik Roshan. After that she did many films in a row but she actually shot to fame, when she received Filmfare Special Perfromance Award for her movie Chameli. Recently released Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met established her as a dependable actress in bollywood.
