Bollywood actress Esha Deol was born on November 2, 1982. She is the elder daughter of former bollywood actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini. She is also the step-sister of Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. She made her debut with the bollywood movie titled Koi Mere Dil Se Pooche opposite Aftab Shivdasani in the year 2003. The movie failed to perform well at the box office. After that she did a number of films in the next couple of years in the form of Kuch to Hai, Kya Dil Ne Kaha etc. but none of them did well at the box office.

She had her first big hit film in the form of Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham starrer Dhoom in 2004. Her next venture in Karan Johar’s Kaal also managed to do average business. Later she gave another hit film in the form of No Entry in which she was paired opposite bollywood hunk Salman Khan. She also had a hit in the form of Dus in which she displayed her action avatar to the audiences. Few of her films in the past two years proved out to be huge bollywood failure. Now she is hoping her next film Hijack to do well at the box office.
