Bluffmaster was an action thriller released on December 16, 2005 under the banners of R S Entertainment and Entertainment One. The movie was directed by Rohan Sippy and produced by Ramesh Sippy. The actors in the lead roles were Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra, Ritesh Deshmukh and Nana Patekar while the roles of Boman Irani and Hussain Shaikh were also significant. The music of the film was directed by Sameeruddin and Vishal-Shekhar while the songs were sung by Abhishek Bachchan, Vishal Dadlani, Sunidhi Chauhan and Shekhar Ravjiani.

The movie Bluffmaster explores the realities of today’s modern world and how some people rob the rich population in a safe and clever manner. The movie revolves around Roy ( Abhishek Bachchan ) who is professional fraud and who makes his living cheating the people from upper class. The only person who shares his love apart from money is Simmi ( Priyanka Chopra ). Roy knew that he will not be able to tell her the truth about him and what he does. But someday when she comes to know about him, the trust on which their love was based was gone and he loses her.

Roy meets Aditya Srivastav ( Riteish Deshmukh ) some day, he is a dumb and slow person just like the opposite of Roy is. But they had only one thing in common that he was also in the same profession. Roy takes him into his group when he was fooled by him one day. Now Roy agrees to teach him the rules of the game and was also impressed by his charm. Aditya plays a game to teach a lesson to Roy so that he again become the same innocent person he was, with the help of Simmi and Chandrakant Parikh ( Nana Patekar ).
