Chori Chori Chupke Chupke was a romantic movie released on March 9, 2001. The movie was directed by Abbas Burmawalla and Mustan Burmawalla and was produced by Nazim Rizvi. The major roles in the film were played by Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, Rani Mukherjee and Amrish Puri while the supporting roles were played by Johny Lever and Prem Chopra. Music of the film was directed by Anu Malik and the songs were sung by Jaspinder Narula, Babul Supriyo, Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Udit Narayan and Anu Malik.

The movie Chori Chori Chupke Chupke directed by Abbas-Mustan is a romantic movie that deals with the social issues of human relationships. The director decided to cast the big names in the movie like Salman, Preity and Rani. Bollywood has seen many movies on similar theme like Doosri Dulhan and Smita Patil’s Waaris. The three actors has also worked together earlier in the movie Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega. The director duo is renowned for making thrillers like Khiladi and Baazigar but this is a new type for them.

The story is about a happy married couple Raj ( Salman Khan ) and Priya ( Rani Mukherjee ). The problems arise when they got to know that Priya can’t give birth to a baby who was required to inherit Raj’s large property. Now comes Madhoo ( Preity Zinta ) who becomes Priya’s best friend. Priya asks her to conceive a baby for them with Raj. Meanwhile Madhoo, who agrees to give Priya her baby, starts liking Raj. The twist comes at end when she refuses to give her baby.
