Bollywood movie, Danveer, directed by T. L. V. Prasad and written by S. V. Krishna Reddy was released in the year 1996. The movie starred Mithun Chakraborthy and Anusha in lead roles while Ronit Roy, Prem Chopra, Vikas Anand, Rakesh Bedi, Avtra Gill, Gulshan Grover, Laxmikant Berde, Satyendra kapoor, Rambha and Rohini Hattangadi also played important roles in the film. The hit music of the movie was directed by the well knwon music director duo Anand Milind while the songs were rendered by Kumar Sanu, Abhijeet, Shankar Mahadevan, Udit Narayan, Sadhana sargam and Gayatri.

Vijay Srivastava ( Mithun Chakraborthy ) decides to take the responsibilty of raising his younger siblings, Vishal ( Ronit Roy ) and Sudha ( Vaishnavi ) on his own after the death of his father. Years later, both Vishal and Sudha are grown up and are studying in college. Vijay is still working as an auto rickshaw driver for providing better education to Vishal. Vishal is studying I.A.S. Viajy arranges Sudha’s marraige with Anil ( Raja ) and soon they both get married. Few months later, Vijay learns that Sudha is pregnant and he brings her home.

But Vijay get shcoked to learn that Anil is actually getting married to some other woman. He reveals that Anil has thrown out Sudha out of his house as he suspected her for having an affair with some other guy. Meanwhile, Vishal falls in love with a girl named Jyoti ( Anusha ), who is the daughter of Kalyan Singh ( Prem Chopra ), who is seeking revenge from Vijay’s family as his father was responsible for the death of Kalyan’s father. What will happen next?
