Darling movie was released on September 7, 2007 under the banner of T-Series. The thriller movie also possesses elements of horror attached. The movie was directed by Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The main actors in lead roles are Esha Deol, Isha Koppikar, Fardeen Khan and Zakir Hussain whereas Shishir Sharma, Nisha Kothari and Promodini also played important roles. The music directors of the movie were Himesh Reshammiya, Prasana Shekhar and Pritam Chakraborty and the songs were sung by Himesh Reshammiya, Sunidhi Chauhan, Shaan, Tulsi Kumar and Adnan Sami.

Darling is just another Ram Gopal Verma movie with similar love story and thrill to the end. The story is about Gita Menon ( Esha Deol ) who loves Aditya very much knowing that he is already married. She thinks that he would marry her but the reality made her lose her life. She comes back again in his life to take her revenge. Ashvini ( Isha Koppikar ) was Aditya’s wife and seemed that the couple was just perfect. She trusted her husband so much that when he started behaving strange she just supported her instead of doubting him.

Aditya Soman ( Fardeen Khan ) is a man who loved his wife and child much but was also not behind to enjoy external affairs at the place of his work. He had no idea where the love affair with Gita would lead his life to. Aditya had all his dreams come true, having a good wife and a better girlfriend at office. He was shocked to know about Gita’s pregnancy so decided to leave her. In an argument that followed she accidently hurt herself and died. What he didn’t even imagine was that his girlfriend returned as a ghost to take her revenge.
