The movie Delhii Heights was released on March 30, 2007 under the banner of Sivaji Productions. The movie has been directed by Anand Kumar and produced by Prabhu. The lead roles in the movie were played by Jimmy Shergill, Om Puri and Neha Dhupia while Simone Singh, Rohit Roy and Madhavan also played significant roles. The music of the film has been directed by Rabbi Shergill and the songs were sung by Rabbi Shergill, Kailash Kher, Salim Shahzada, Amit Sana and Sonu Kakkar.

Delhii Heights is the Hindi film produced by Sivaji Productions which have started making Hindi films after producing several Tamil films. Delhii Heights is the debut film of Rabbi Shergill as the music director and the lyrics writer. Delhii Heights is the story about a multistoried building called “Delhii Heights” in Delhi and revolves around three couples, a mystery man and a bunch of youngsters. The first othe couples are of Abi ( Jimmy Shergill ) and Suhana ( Neha Dhupia ) who got married to each other recently and are pursuing their careers. Their love life is going well but at work they are rivals of each other as they are working for companies competing with each other.

The movie depicts problems in the love life of these couples. The second couple is of Bobby ( Rohit Roy ) and Saima ( Simone Singh ) whcich involved love along with some problems. Bobby could not resist being flirt but Saima wanted to change his attitude. The third couple is a Sikh couple of Timmy Kohli ( Om Puri ) and Ruby ( Kamini Khanna ). They lived happily but the only thing that worried Timmy was that he thinks that his daughters could not make their own decisions. Then there is a funny guy Lucky ( Vivek Shauq ) living in the same apartment and is cricket bookie by profession.
