The comedy movie Dhoondte Reh Jaoge is currently under production but will be releasing soon on March 6, 2009 under the banner of UTV Motion Pictures. The movie is directed by Umesh Shukla and produced by Ronnie Screwvala. The key roles in the film are played by Kunal Khemu, Soha Ali Khan, Sonu Sood and Paresh Rawal while Deepal Shaw, Johny Lever, Asrani and Razzak Khan are also there in the film. Music of the film is directed by Sajid-Wajid and the songs are sung by Sonu Nigam, Javed Ali, Dr. Palash Sen, Soumya Raoh, Neeraj Shridhar and Wajid.

The story of the movie revolves around two guys named Anand ( Kunal Khemu ) and Raj Chopra ( Sonu Sood ). Anand and Raj wanted to produce a film and for that they required huge sums of money. The twist in the story is that the movie they produced never worked and was hooted on the first day of the show itself. This made them incur huge loss and now they required money for the losses they faced. The movie is a sequence of comic activities the characters do to gain money.
