The comedy film Heyy Babyy was released on August 24, 2007 and was bannered under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The movie has been directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The lead roles were enacted by Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, Vidya Balan and Boman Irani while there were several special appearances from actors like Shahrukh Khan, Riya Sen, Amrita Rao, Dia Mirza and Amisha Patel. The music has been directed by the famous Shankar Mahadevan, Ehsaan Noorani and Loy Mendonca. Singers of the movie were Neeraj Shridhar, Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghosal, Akbar Sami and Shaan.

The movie Heyy Babyy was inspired by a Hollywood movie “Three Men and a Baby” but is also different at different places. Heyy Babyy is filled with fun and comedy with three bachelors chasing different kinds of girls in all sizes. The story of the movie is about three bachelors Aroush, Al and Tanmay. Aroush ( Akshay Kumar ) is the most carefree of all the men and have the habit of facing problems frequently. Ali ( Fardeen Khan ) popularly called Al is the other flirty bachelor. Tanmay ( Riteish Deshmukh ) works to entertain the kids as Eddie Teddy, but also loves to entertain the gals as well.

Esha ( Vidya Balan ) is the proper traditional Indian girl waiting for her right one but was shocked when she came to know the reality of her love Aroush. The three men were enjoing their every moment of their life in Sydney, if flirting with one, then sleeping with other. They had only one common weakness, the gals. One day they discovered a little baby girl at their doorstep in her crib. They kept on wondering who was her daddy but could not figure it out. The three men took ker responsibility and fell in love with her. She soon became their family member.
