The comedy action film Jo Bole So Nihaal was released on May 13, 2005 under the banner of V R Entertainers. The movie was directed by Rahul Rawail and produced by N R Pachisia. The major roles in the film were played by Sunny Deol, Nupur Mehta, Kamal Khan and Shilpi Mudgal while the presence of Dolly Bindra and Surekha Sikri supported the film. Music of the film was directed by Anand Raj Anand and the songs were sung by Sukhwinder Singh, Jaspinder Narula, Udit Narayan, Sunidhi Chauhan and Kamal Khan.

Jo Bole So Nihaal directed by Rahul Rawail has produced several movies with Sunny Deol as the lead like Betaab, Arjun, Samandar and Arjun Pandit. Sunny Deol is playing the role of a Sikh and he has done it before twice with movies Border and Gadar but this time his beard happens to be real and not a fake one. It is the story of Nihaal Singh ( Sunny Deol ), an innocent constable from Punjab and whose life changes everytime when he comes across Romeo ( Kamaal Khan ), a terrorist who is wandering country to country to spread his terror.

Romeo once escaped from the hands of laws by using Nihaal’s innocence and thus he was regarded as a traitor. Nihaal was suspended from his job and faced the rage of the villagers; in short his life was ruined. Meanwhile Romeo was busy with his work of spreading terror and now he was wanted by the FBI also. FBI also learnt that some organization has hired him to assassinate the US president. The problem FBI faced was that no one in the world knew how Romeo looked like except Nihaal who agrees to lend his services but on condition that he will take Romeo take home along with him.
