Khoon Bhari Maang was an action thriller released on August 12, 1988 under the banner of Film Craft. The movie was directed by Harish Khalri and Inayat while the movie was produced by Rakesh Roshan. The top roles in the movie were played by Kabir Bedi, Shatrughan Sinha, Rekha and Sonu Walia while Kader Khan and Rakesh Roshan were also there in the film. The music of the film was directed by Rajesh Roshan and the songs were sung by Asha Bhosle, Sadhana Sargam and Nitin Mukesh while the lyrics were written by Indeevar.

Khoon Bhari Maang was an action cum thriller movie that revolves mostly around Aarti Verma ( Rekha ) who is a widow and a mother of two kids. Her father is the most prestigious personality in the country and a business tycoon. Aarti’s husband has died earlier in a car accident under some mysterious situations. Also she had no hope to live further in life as she was an ugly woman with a disgusting birth mark on her face. The twist in the story comes when her father was also killed by his co-workers and Hiralal ( Kader Khan ).

Aarti had no interest in life but now wanted to bring up her children. Hiralal pretends as to be a friend and takes care of her like a father. Hiralal also brings his nephew Sanjay Verma ( Kabir Bedi ) from abroad who turns out to be a lover of Aarti’s best friend Nandini ( Sonu Walia ). Nandini was Aarti’s best friend but also loved Sanjay intensely. Nandini and all the family convince Aarti to marry Sanjay and finally she marries him. Sanjay also got close to Aarti’s children.
