The romantic movie Love in Nepal was released on March 5, 2004 under the banner of Star Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The movie was directed by Rajat Mukherjee and produced by T P Aggarwal. The main roles in the movie were played by Sonu Nigam, Ehsaan Khan, Fllora Saini and Raj Zutshi while the presence of Rajpal Yadav and Shweta Keswani supported the film. Music of the film was directed by Anu Malik and the songs were sung by Sonu Nigam, Hema Sardesai, Sapna Mukherjee and Sunidhi Chauhan.

Love in Nepal is the third film of the director Rajat Mukherjee who has the credit of producing movies like “Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya” and “Road” under his name. Movie has been produced by T.P. Aggarwal who had earlier produced movies “Return of Jewel Thief” and “Bharat Bhagya Vidhata”. The movie is also the first film of Rajat Mukherjee outside the banner of Ram Gopal Verma Productions. The movie has been shot mostly at the scenic locations of Pokhara and Mustang district. Sonu Nigam is playing the lead while sporting a new look with new hairstyle and a French beard.

The story of the movie revolves around Abby ( Sonu Nigam ), a cool and fun freak creative head of an advertising agency called Madness. He is a true flirt by nature and this is something he can’t help it. He has a different kind of functioning and this was disliked by Meenxi Malhotra, popularly called Maxi ( Fllora Saini ) who joins as the Vice President Operations after the company was took over. She hates Abby’s attitude and thus wish to teach him a lesson. Both go to Nepal to take part in some ad campaign.
