Bollywood romantic suspense thriller, Muskaan, directed by Rohit Manash and written by Atul Sharma was released on March 26, 2004. The movie satrred Aftab Shivdasani and Gracy Singh in lead roles while Praveen Dabas, Neha, Gulshan Grover, Razzak Khan, Rajeev Verma, Anjala Zaveri, Sharat Saxena and Vrajesh Hirhee alos plyaed significant characters in the film. The melodious music of the film was directed by the music director trio Nikhil, Vinay and Raju Rao while the songs were rendered by Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam, Adnan Sami, Alka Yagnik, Shreya Ghoshal and Anuradha Paudwal.

Sameer Oberoi ( Aftab Shivdasani ) is a successful fashion designer by profession and lives a wealthy lifestyle. His is famous among girls and is childhood friend, Shikha ( Neha ) is planning to marry him. But Sameer has an image in his mind for his dream girl and never pays attention towards any other girls. Sameer wants a new fresh face for his next modelling assignment. While driving towards his home, he makes a call to his friend by a telephone booth but it actually connects to a girl hostel. A girl named Muskaan ( Gracy Singh ) attends the phone call and they have a sweet talk over phone and becomes friends. Sameer and his group decides to go on a tour for their assigment and acciedntly they are forced to travel in the same bus in which Muskaan is also traveeling.

However, both Muskan and Sameer are not known to tha fact that they are the phone friends. While travelling in the same bus, Sameer and Muskaan have some misunderstanding and fights with each other. Later Sameer starts liking Muskaan and ask her to be the modelo of his next collection to which she agrees. They both falls in love with each other. Shikha is murdered by someone and police have only one clue that the murderer name starts with ‘S’. they arrests Sameer in the charge of Shikha’s murder.
