Waah! Tera Kya Kehna was a romantic comedy released on November 1, 2002. The movie was directed by Manoj Agarwal and produced by Sibte Hasan Rizvi. The major roles in the movie were played by Govinda, Preeti Jhangiani, Raveena Tandon and Kader Khan while the supporting roles were played by Shammi Kapoor and Mohnish Behl. The music of the film was directed by Jatin-Lalit while the songs were sung by Sudesh Bhosle, Anuradha Sriram, Shweta Pandit, Udit Narayan and Alka Yagnik.

The story of the movie is about a big industrialist at work but an old man at home Krishna Oberoi ( Shammi Kapoor ). He loves his grandson Raj Oberoi ( Govinda ) a lot and especially after an accident that affected his mental ability and is behaving like a child after that. He is being looked after by Murari ( Kadar Khan ) who is therefore is the victim of the pranks played by Raj. Krishna Oberoi also has two sons Dilip ( Shakti Kapoor ) and Ashish ( Rana Jung Bahadur ).

Dilip also has a son Vicky ( Monish Behl ) who is a drunkard and one can see him in that state anytime. Dilip and Ashish are married to Anju ( Navneet Nishan ) and Madhu ( Supriya Karnik ) respectively. They hatch a plan to take Krishna Oberoi’s property which would go to Raj otherwise. The plan is to send Raj to Shimla to Murari’s hometown and the reason behind that is that his presence harm their social status and standing. Raj leaves for Shimla with Meena ( Preeti Jhangiani ).
