Bollywood comic actor, Uday Chopra, has been approached by David Dhawan to work in his fortheoming film Hook Ya Crook. And that has given a reason for being in news to Uday, who has been out of news from quite some time. Uday has given his nod to the director for the film.

According to the sources, the director has signed Uday for enacting an important role in his next flick which is supposed to be produced under UTV banner. Bollywood hunk John Abraham is playing the lead role in the film while Uday will be seen playing the second fiddle alongwith him.

And if the reports are to be believed then Uday will be seen performing a similar role like Dhoom in the film. The movie is supposed to be a romantic comedy. Beautiful actress, Vidya Balan, will be seen playing the feamle lead in the movie opposite John Abraham. Uday too will have a lady opposite him in the film.
