Actor Upen Patel is doing something different these days. Actually the actor is running around 8 km everyday on the beach in the early morning. Upen is doing this for increasing his stamina.
According to Upen, he is trying to increase his stamina for the long shoots which he is doing now a days. Model turned Actor, Upen is very busy in doing shoots for his forthecoming movies. After those long tiring shoots he needs to relax a bit.
He is doing a lot of project these days. So, to cope up with this difficult situation, he decided to make his body stamina more better. He can be spotted running on the beach in the early morning at 5:00 am.
Upen also calls himself the nature lover. According to him, running on the beach gives him more relief than anything else. May be this nature lover will become sucessfull in making a balance between his work and rest. Run Upen Run!!!!!
